At Diamond Collective, our mission is to support and uplift women and girls who have survived human trafficking. We are dedicated to providing a compassionate mentorship-style support system that identifies victims of human trafficking, addressing the unique needs of trafficking survivors. Through restorative experiences, we strive to build memories with these courageous survivors as they heal, grow, and reclaim their lives with dignity. We believe in a world where every survivor is respected, supported, and given the tools to thrive and shine like the diamond they are.  

Diamond Collective envisions a future where every woman who has endured the horrors of human trafficking can access restorative experiences as they thrive in life. Our vision is of a world where survivors are not defined by their past but are celebrated for their strength, potential, and accomplishments. In the future, we see a global community united in support of survivors, ensuring that no woman stands alone in her journey towards a brighter, radiant future.

The goals of Diamond Collective are to decrease re-entry to trafficking by providing survivors with long-term support through mentorship and lead survivors toward independence through economic empowerment.
