    Ashley Faison-Maddox, Founder & CEO

    Survivor leader, public speaker, and HR professional, Ashley turns lived experience into a movement that restores joy and builds confidence for women who have survived human trafficking. Leveraging 15 years in California state government, she blends operational rigor with deep empathy to deliver peer‑mentored programs, restorative experiences, and policy advocacy. Ashley’s faith‑fueled leadership mobilizes communities and legislators alike to create lasting, survivor‑centered change.

  • Diana Derry, MA, Secretary

    Diana is a survivor leader dedicated to serving others through work in human trafficking, domestic violence, foster youth, and veteran support. Drawing on lived experience and a passion for advocacy, she builds programs that foster healing and empowerment. Diana continues her own journey of restoration and joy while guiding others toward hope and resilience. She currently serves as Search & Recovery Manager for Love Never Fails, leading efforts to locate and support individuals impacted by exploitation. Her strength, compassion, and commitment inspire those she serves and the communities she uplifts.

  • Sharon Robinson, JD, Treasurer

    As a dedicated Realtor serving Sacramento and San Joaquin Counties, Sharon has been helping clients navigate the real estate market since 2015. As a Sacramento native, she brings a deep understanding of the local market and the communities that make this region unique. Sharon brings over 30 years of experience in the legal field. She has also served as a California Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent since 2005. Since 2018, She has held roles with the Women’s Council of Realtors and the California Association of Real Estate Brokers, and she currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the Sacramento Association of Realtors. Beyond real estate, she is passionate about supporting organizations that promote growth within the industry and giving back to the community she’s proud to call home.

    Sonia Vasquez, MA, Member

    She channels a journey from childhood adversity into catalytic leadership across legal, real‑estate, tech, and nonprofit arenas, backed by more than two decades of community service. A senior paralegal for a boutique firm that supports faith‑based nonprofits and holds a master’s degree in leadership & executive coaching from William Jessup University. She also co‑leads a vibrant young‑adult ministry in Rocklin, mentoring and coaching emerging leaders. Her hands‑on anti‑trafficking work with Strive2Free and Bridget’s Dream positions her to powerfully contribute to Diamond Collective.

    Jami Areia-Sherman, Board Member

    Bringing 30 years of entrepreneurial and digital‑marketing leadership, she aligns B2B consulting, website development, SEO, and omni‑channel campaigns to fuel organizational growth and visibility. Her heart‑led service—mentoring trafficking survivors through Run to Rescue and preserving veterans’ stories with the Museum of Forgotten Warriors—is a small illustration of her commitment to empowering others. A proven venture‑builder and strategic collaborator, Jami’s fusion of technical acumen and compassion propels Diamond Collective’s mission to help women thrive.
