As the founder of Speaking REAL Communications, Jen offers private coaching in addition to her signature group programs. Jen served as a 4-season Executive Producer, Director of Curation, and Speaker Coach for TEDxFolsom. She is also a committed force behind WomanSpeak™, an internationally recognized body of work teaching the art and soul of public speaking.

Jen hosts the Listen for REAL podcast and is currently founding a second platform with the mission of supporting 1 million women to unveil their voices for profound impact.

Tashante McCoy whom most affectionately refer to as "Té" is a native of Stockton born and raised. Tashante founded The Owl Movement which powered  Stockton Angel Mothers, an extension she created for mothers who have lost children. Tashante is also the co-founder of The Stockton PEACE Transformation Prayer Team which is a collective of faith based community leaders who lead a daily prayer line and hosts community prayer walks. Tashante’s newest vision The Exodus-The Blueprint For Healing is moving through the community encouraging women to prioritize physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Tashante is also one of the leaders for Crime Survivors for Safety & Justice Engagement Team. In her role she organizes and builds networks of survivors of crime across the United States using a healing through action model.

Tashante’s most proudest accomplishment is the role of mother to her four daughters R’Mani, Kayla, Niyah, & Faith and granny to her grandson Adan and wife to Vaughn. As a survivor of gun violence, the loss of a child, and most recently surviving an aneurysm, Tashante is truly a light of inspiration and representation of strong faith.

Vice Mayor Karina Talamantes is a passionate advocate who brings extensive experience to her role with the City of Sacramento. Previously, she served as a County Board of Education trustee, where she tirelessly worked on behalf of 245,000 Sacramento students, advocating for improved education funding and equity. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Community and Regional Development from UC Davis, she played a pivotal role in narrowing opportunity gaps among public school students through President Obama's Initiative on Educational Excellence.

In addition to her educational background, Karina has a strong foundation in private sector recruitment and has served as Chief of Staff to then Vice Mayor Angelique Ashby. This diverse experience equips her with a comprehensive perspective, enhancing her effectiveness as Vice Mayor. As a proud Latina, Karina is deeply committed to highlighting diversity, family values, and community engagement throughout her leadership journey.

Rosario Rodriguez is a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and elected leader with deep roots in the Sacramento region. A daughter of Mexican immigrants, she spent over 24 years in healthcare management before opening Sutter Street Taqueria in Folsom, inspired by her San Francisco upbringing. Elected to Folsom City Council in 2020 as the city’s first Latina councilwoman and later mayor, she focused on homelessness, budgeting, and economic development. In 2024, she was elected to the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors, where she represents District 4 and prioritizes economic development, homelessness, public safety, transportation, and regional collaboration. Rosario combines her business and public service experience to advocate for balanced growth and stronger partnerships between government, businesses, and communities.

Diana Derry, MA, is a Diamond Collective board member, survivor leader dedicated to serving others through work in human trafficking, domestic violence, foster youth, and veteran support. Drawing on lived experience and a passion for advocacy, she builds programs that foster healing and empowerment. Diana continues her own journey of restoration and joy while guiding others toward hope and resilience. She currently serves as Search & Recovery Manager for Love Never Fails, leading efforts to locate and support individuals impacted by exploitation. Her strength, compassion, and commitment inspire those she serves and the communities she uplifts.

Ashley Faison-Maddox has been recognized as the 2026 Woman of the Year for the 7th Assembly District. As the Founder and Acting Executive Director of Diamond Collective, she curates monthly restorative experiences that empower women who have been trafficked to rediscover confidence, community, and connection.

She serves as a Commissioner on the Sacramento County Commission on the Status of Women and Girls and is the Regional Engagement Specialist for the West Coast at the Sex Trade Survivor Caucus, where her voice shapes survivor-centered policies at the state level.

As a member of the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force and Subject Matter Expert in Human Trafficking with the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST), Ashley consults with law enforcement across California, equipping officers with trauma-informed tools to better recognize and respond to trafficking. Her work is deeply personal, powerfully informed, and anchored in a vision for lasting change.
