OUR STORY

At Diamond Collective, our story began with a heart to serve. Our founder spoke with her mentor, a  survivor leader, and was advised to conduct a community needs assessment. After analyzing existing  services and structures, she noticed a gap - a focus on preventing re-entry by creating new positive  memories did not exist. This is why we offer Choice-Based Services that fill this gap and can be an  add-on to already successful organizations that serve the same demographic.

We do this through curated wellness experiences and community gatherings that promote healing and  empowerment. Two months out of the year, staff prioritize self-care and take time off, because we understand our threshold for providing care. With adequate time to reset and recharge, we can show up fully, modeling  our core values while working with survivors

Stay up to date with what we are up to and partner with us in giving back.
